These projects have each presented us and our Developer with unique challenges which could not have been predicted even with the greatest of imagination, however we are on the home straight now and although a little behind schedule, they will unquestionably be magnificent and become a significant landmark in the future.

There have been opportunities to focus on one project at the expense of the other, but we made the decision in 2009 that it was short-termism to consider beginning operations when the adjacent site was still under construction. This would not only have prejudiced the visitor’s enjoyment and experience as a whole, but we would simply have been replicating the same issues that Spain became infamous for in the 1980’s.
