The municipality has secured EU funding for the construction of a flagship Marina and Blue Water has secured unquestionably the prime development site overlooking the new Marina.

The project which most of you will have seen artist's impressions of and which is outlined on our website will be a "Complete Lifestyle Proposition". The finished product will be marketed to the Russian and Ukrainian market and will include 125 luxury apartments to include supercars and power boats - currently we are in negotiations with a partner for the provision of these goods and we will be releasing details of the tie-up once negotiations have been concluded.

The release of the first phase is anticipated to be in the first half of 2010 and if early indications are anything to go by, the first phase will be fully subscribed upon release.

Build time for this project is 36-42 months, however there is scope to redeploy personnel from the Bansko sites on completion which could reduce the construction period by up to 12 months subject to investor funding.
